Welcome to Figure 8 Body. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Figure 8 Body. Figure 8 Body operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services provided to you, the customer, as part of our shopping experience (the “Services”). Figure 8 Body is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our applicable policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access our Services.

Figure 8 Body reserves the right to discontinue products or limit product quantities available to any individual, household, geographic location, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.

Dietary supplements sold by Figure 8 Body are not intended to replace a balanced diet or appropriate nutrition. Individual experiences and results may vary. Customers should review product labels, ingredient information, warnings, and directions before use.

SECTION 3: ORDERS

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Figure 8 Body. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be completed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests may be submitted while an order remains unfulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

If an order is changed, declined, or canceled by Figure 8 Body, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, telephone number, billing information, or other contact information provided with your order.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Products purchased from Figure 8 Body are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise expressly authorized.

SECTION 4: PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed, subject to correction of errors where permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing, payment, and account information when making a purchase.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery dates and transit times displayed by Figure 8 Body or shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Figure 8 Body is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to customs processing and additional delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your purchase.

SECTION 6: RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Figure 8 Body offers a 14-day return period beginning on the date an eligible order is delivered.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a standard return. Opened, used, or unsealed supplements are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.

Customers may initiate eligible returns through our self-service return portal. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return results from an error by Figure 8 Body.

There is no restocking fee for an approved return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be reported promptly so that we can review the issue.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of a customer’s jurisdiction.

SECTION 7: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Figure 8 Body website and its content, including applicable logos, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, text, product imagery, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Figure 8 Body unless otherwise indicated.

You may access the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, exploit, or commercially use protected Figure 8 Body content without appropriate authorization.

Figure 8 Body names, logos, product names, designs, and other brand identifiers may not be used without authorization where protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Figure 8 Body is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Figure 8 Body.

Shopify provides ecommerce technology and related services but is not the seller of Figure 8 Body products.

SECTION 11: PRIVACY

Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, certain personal information may also be collected and processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate our store, process transactions, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide related services.

Figure 8 Body may assign or transfer its rights and obligations as part of a business transfer, restructuring, or other lawful transaction.

Figure 8 Body may make products available to customers outside the United States.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law in a customer’s country or jurisdiction.

Because Figure 8 Body does not use a separate public business address, I would not put the owner’s private home address on this page just to satisfy Shopify’s template placeholder. One caveat: depending on where the business operates and sells, certain consumer-protection, tax, payment, or regulatory requirements may separately require a physical or mailing address. That is something the business owner should verify before publishing.
